Damaged or Defective Original Artworks
While I do not accept returns, I understand that issues may arise with the condition of the artwork upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, do not discard the packaging materials.

Resolution Process
Once I receive your notification and documentation of the damaged or defective item, I will review the information and respond within 5 business days. Depending on the nature of the issue, I will do my best to find a solution.
