Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are final. Refunds or returns are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Original Artworks

While I do not accept returns, I understand that issues may arise with the condition of the artwork upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, do not discard the packaging materials.

  2. Contact Me Immediately: Notify me within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or defective item. You can contact me at sarahvms.art@gmail.com.

  3. Provide Documentation: Provide detailed photos of the damaged or defective artwork, including the packaging. This documentation will help me assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

Resolution Process

Once I receive your notification and documentation of the damaged or defective item, I will review the information and respond within 5 business days. Depending on the nature of the issue, I will do my best to find a solution.
